Delivery is free for every PC we send to a UK mainland address.

Where we deliver

We deliver free to mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. We can’t currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands and islands (including the Inverness, Caithness, Argyll and Fort William areas, the Western Isles, Orkney, Shetland, Skye, Arran and Bute), Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. If your postcode is in one of these areas, the checkout will let you know before you pay.

Dispatch and tracking

Every PC is built to order, so please allow up to 5 working days for us to build, check and dispatch it. We then send it with DPD 2-day delivery, so it should arrive within 2 working days of dispatch. We will email you as soon as it is on its way.

Packaging

Every PC is packed securely to protect it on its way to you.

When your PC arrives

Please check the box and the PC for any damage when it arrives. If something looks wrong, contact us as soon as you can and send photos, so we can put it right.
