Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions

The terms that apply when you buy a PC from Renewed Gaming. Please read them before you order.

1. About us

Renewed Gaming is a trading name of ZamanTech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15483109). Our registered office is 8 Lorna Grove, Gatley, Cheadle, Cheshire, SK8 4EB, United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at info@renewedgaming.co.uk.

These terms apply to anyone buying from renewedgaming.co.uk as a consumer. They do not affect your legal rights.

2. Our PCs

  • Our PCs are refurbished, which means they are built using previously owned parts that we have checked and tested. Some parts may show minor signs of previous use that do not affect how the PC works.
  • Every PC is built to order once you have placed your order.
  • Each product page describes the specification, including the processor, graphics card, memory, storage, case and any options you choose.
  • Photos show the case style. The internal components shown in photos may differ from those in your PC, so please rely on the written specification.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery to UK mainland addresses.
  • ZamanTech Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
  • Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our payment provider Stripe, and Klarna. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna’s own terms also apply. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If we make an obvious mistake in a price, we will contact you before your order goes ahead. You can then choose to buy at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Your order and our contract

  • When you place an order, we will email you to confirm we have received it. This does not yet mean we have accepted your order.
  • Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm that your PC has been dispatched.
  • If we cannot accept your order, for example because a part is no longer available, there is a pricing error or we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you and refund you in full.
  • If a part becomes unavailable while we build your PC, we may offer you a part of the same or better specification at no extra cost. If you do not want it, we will refund you in full.

5. Building and delivery

  • We aim to build, check and dispatch your PC within 5 working days of your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
  • We send PCs with DPD 2-day delivery, so your PC should arrive within 2 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, and we will let you know if there is a delay.
  • If we have not delivered your PC within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
  • We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
  • Someone will need to be available to receive the parcel. If no one is in, DPD will arrange redelivery or collection.
  • The PC is your responsibility from the time it is delivered to you. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
  • Please check your PC when it arrives and tell us as soon as possible if anything is damaged or missing.

6. Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the day after your PC is delivered, without giving a reason. If you cancel, you pay the cost of returning the PC to us, unless it is faulty or not as described. Full details, including how we handle refunds, are on our returns page.

7. If something is wrong with your PC

We are required by law to supply PCs that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your legal rights include:

  • Up to 30 days after delivery, if your PC is faulty you can reject it and get a full refund.
  • Up to 6 months after delivery, if your PC cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund in most cases.
  • Up to 6 years after delivery, if your PC does not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back.

These rights take into account that our PCs are refurbished. In addition to these rights, every PC comes with our 1-year warranty. If there is a problem, please email us at info@renewedgaming.co.uk first so we can help, and we will cover the cost of returning a faulty PC.

8. Software

Your PC comes with Windows 10 Pro installed and activated. Your use of Windows and any other software is subject to the licence terms of the software maker. We are not responsible for problems with software or games you install yourself.

9. Our responsibility to you

  • If we fail to keep to these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
  • Our PCs are sold for domestic and private use. We are not responsible for any loss of profit, business or business opportunity.
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, files or software. Please back up anything important.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything, please email us at info@renewedgaming.co.uk. We will reply as soon as we can, and in any case within 14 days.

11. Other important terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you placed it.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
  • If we do not enforce our rights straight away, we can still enforce them later.
  • This contract is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce it.

12. Which laws apply

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland, in the courts of Scotland.
