Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting from the day after your PC is delivered. You do not need to give a reason.

To cancel, email us at info@renewedgaming.co.uk with your order number before the 14 days end. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.

Sending your PC back

• Please send the PC back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
• You pay the cost of returning the PC, unless it is faulty or not as described.
• Pack it securely, ideally in the original box and packaging, with everything it came with, including the power cable and the USB Wi-Fi adapter.
• We recommend a tracked and insured service and keeping your proof of postage, as the PC is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Your refund

• We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the PC back, or within 14 days of you giving us proof that you have sent it, if that is sooner.
• Your refund includes the price you paid and the original delivery charge. Delivery is free, so there is nothing extra to refund.
• We refund using the same payment method you used. If you paid with Klarna, the refund goes through Klarna.

Condition of returned PCs

You are welcome to unpack, set up and try your PC, as you would in a shop. If the PC is returned with its value reduced because it has been handled more than needed to check it (for example damage, missing items, parts that have been removed or changed, or marks from heavy use), we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty or not as described?

This is different from changing your mind. If your PC is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of returning it. Please email us first so we can help. See our warranty page and our terms and conditions for details.
